Abroad is here!

"Piazza, Magic Cass and Design City will make Mishor Adumim the leading entertainment destination in Israel”. The design city Design City and the Magic Cass Amusement Park want to change the leisure habits of families in Israel. The entrepreneurial company Cass Group does not hesitate to aim high and set a threshold of 5 million visitors a year.”

Leisure culture in Israel is facing a new reality, with the center of gravity shifting to Mishor Adumim. In the Design City design complex, and in the adjacent Magic Cass - the largest indoor amusement park in the Middle East - preparations are being completed for the opening of the gates in 2021, with the stated goal of creating an extraordinary experience for the whole family that combines entertainment, shopping, culture and entertainment.

Design City, Israel's design city, will officially open its doors in a few months - and it will house about 200 chains and brands from Israel and abroad, including international names that will operate for the first time in Israel and present innovative concept stores.

The main attraction in Mishor Adumim and Design City will be provided by the Piazza - an exact replica of the famous Venice Hotel in Las Vegas, with an artificial reed and cruising gondolas, and an invested dining complex that includes unique chef restaurants, cafes, food markets and dozens of bars. The piazza will offer a lively happening throughout the day with colorful festivals, performances by senior artists alongside street performances.

Another central space of Design City will for the first time incorporate leading cosmetics companies, jewelry stores such as Swarovski, lingerie stores, as well as leading brands of watches, glasses, accessories and fashion.

Near the piazza, the huge Magic Cass amusement park is already rising, which will operate throughout the year and in all weathers. The park will house the most advanced amusement facilities including extreme facilities alongside halls with video games, escape rooms and a gymboree. A central anchor in the park will be the 20-meter-high roller coaster overlooking the Dead Sea.

As part of the vision of the entrepreneurial company KASS GROUP to create an intergenerational experience, the complex will also operate a spacious mall that will stand for children and teenagers with clothing stores, toys, gifts and even hairdressers.

"Mishor Adumim is going to be the leading entertainment destination for masses of families in Israel," declares Pnina Revach, CEO of Cass Group. "Design City and Magic Cass appeal to young and old, offering everything from everything, and at the highest level, without compromising. This is the end of the days when families are forced to wander between complexes and look for activities that will suit everyone. "Tourists from abroad will also come here, and on the way to or from the Dead Sea they will not skip the many attractions of Mishor Adumim."

“The next Hot Thing”

One of the reasons for Cass Group's optimism lies in the transportation aspect and the significant shortening of the roads to and from the Red Plain. As part of North Jerusalem's most significant transportation project - carried out with a huge investment of over NIS 1 billion - Mishor Adumim will be connected to the capital, a move that will reduce travel times to complexes to periods of only 15-10 minutes, on routes without traffic lights.

Even for those who travel without a private car, Cass Group provides solutions, in the form of an array of shuttles, transporting between major arteries and offering a regular and continuous shuttle service.

The Light Train Project has been approved to Run from Jerusalem all the way to Mishor Adumim. Constructions will commence in 2021 and the Jerusalem Metropolitan Transportation projects it will run as early as 2023.
